Welcome to Arride Cabs, your trusted partner for special needs transportation services for children in Bangalore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Use

Arride Cabs provides dedicated transportation services for children with special needs in Bangalore and nearby areas. Our services are designed to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability for all passengers. Users are expected to utilize our services solely for personal needs and not for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

2. Booking and Cancellation

- Bookings can be made through our app or customer service helpline. It is advisable to book in advance to secure availability. 

- Payments are to be made in advance on a half-yearly or yearly basis, an email acknowledgment along with a receipt of the payment will be provided.

- The cost of transport will only be revised every academic year if needed.

3. Refund

In case of withdrawal from the transport services the refund will be processed within 15 working days and half-month (15 days) charges will be deducted

4. Liability

While Arride Cabs aims to provide punctual and safe travel experiences, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions. In the event of service interruptions, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and offer alternative solutions where possible.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us at Arride Cabs. We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of personal information provided during booking processes. For further details on data handling and protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 

6. User Conduct

Customers are expected to behave appropriately when using our services, respecting other passengers and drivers alike. Any form of abuse or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service rights. By using Arride Cabs’ services, users affirm they have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these Terms of Service.
